    JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client is a World Class Music Entertainment company seeking senior web application de– developing responsive web/mobile applications. Are you interested in building both front and back end functionality, being involved in architecture decisions, developing advanced media applications for a global music company?

    As an extended member of our clients IT development team you will write code and engineer solutions to meet delivery of our ServiceNow Project. As a ServiceNow developer you will work with members of our clients IT team, meet with internal customers and external vendors to develop, functional test, implement, document and deploy enhancements / fixes on the SNOW platform and analyze business requirements to configure, develop, and enable business capabilities using the SNOW platform.

    Support the development and configuration on various areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Service Catalog items, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration Management (CMDB), Reporting / Performance Analytics Design and develop / configure workflows, forms, Develop Custom Scoped Apps.

    You will work with our client's IT team using SCRUM / Agile methodologies. You will formulate the functional testing approach, test cases, document support user acceptance tests and deploy code into production. In defined releases you will participate in and conduct code walkthroughs with other team members and develop coding standards. This role will also be required to support ServiceNow version upgrades and offer technical solutions to address complex requirements.

    Evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option and implement the solution analyze, troubleshoot, and fix identified SNOW system issues Provide on-call support when SNOW Production issues occur Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies applicable to the ServiceNow platform

    SKILLS: Should possess 4+ years of experience in ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment. Should possess 3+ years of experience in of ServiceNow development, implementation, integration and administration.

    Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in team of developer(s). Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including AngularJS), XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.). Knowledge in databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) systems / applications like Zoom, Box, OKTA, Active Directory, Workday is a plus.

    Experience providing training on using SNOW tool capabilities and ITIL processes.

    EDUCATION: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with a Technology emphasis. Media/entertainment industry is a plus.

    Service Now Administrator Certifications, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITIL foundations is a plus
