    New Riff Distilling is looking for an organized, software savvy, plugged-in individual with a passion for problem solving and the drinks Industry  to support our VP of Operations in managing New Riff's digital operations.

    We're looking for a team member who feels at home building, updating, and learning a wide range of ever changing digital platforms. From E-commerce to wordpress to Airtable and other databases and more, we need a "doer" who is able to adapt to new systems and continually optimize their function.

    This position is part time (up to 20 hours/week) with a flexible schedule and options for hybrid remote/in office work. Hourly rate $15-$20/hr depending on qualifications and experience. 

    General Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Help design, build, and manage New Riff's e-commerce platforms. Including managing order flow across multiple sites, Identifying any issues that may arise and work with other team members to resolve issues,  and utilizing reports and dashboards.
    • Manage and optimize New Riff's public listing accounts (google, yelp, etc)
    • Manage website updates and changes as needed
    • Optimize and manage digital databases
    • Serve as digital support in tandem with VP of Operations for entire company.
    • Support the creation of New Riff's online spirit marketplace
    • Provide technical support as needed for end-users both internally and customer facing.
    • Support all processes around google suite and other New Riff internal email and voicemail operations
    • Manage communications inbox and share “on-call” duties to respond to inquiries during non-business hours
    • Other administrative duties as needed

    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Strong software administration experience across a variety  of digital platforms.
    • Creative, results-oriented self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and on a team
    • Exceptional organizational skills; Capacity to meet deadlines, and adapt to rapid change
    • Confidence and ability to learn the basics of E-commerce while understanding the process involved with the ordering process from inception to completion.
    • Keen attention to detail, ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects at various stages, and good problem-solving skills
    • A positive professional attitude with sound judgment, flexibility, determination, and a good sense of humor

    • An absolute commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards
    • Ability to work beyond 9 to 5 when necessary, with occasional weekends

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Technical skills in using relevant eCommerce applications in the areas of Order Management, Product Cataloging, Analytics, and Customer Service
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) a major bonus
    • Experience working with social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
    • Knowledge of basic web design, including familiarity with Wordpress
