WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the New School Support Coach, you will provide onboarding support to Franchise Owners in the process of building or acquiring a Primrose School. You will provide feedback early and often to the Franchise Owner and Director of New School Support, allowing for course corrections if onboarding initiatives are not on track or not met. You will generate a culture of positivity and accountability with Franchise Owners, ensuring they meet their goals, foster trusted relationships and influence results within your assigned school portfolio. This is a field-based position.
Ensure completion of all onboarding training and provide feedback internally to enhance the onboarding experience for future Franchise Owners
Provide support onsite during the construction and opening phase (train the trainer)
Support the Franchise Owner in preparing the physical set up of the school to meet brand standards
Primary contact for all Franchise Owner questions
Introduce the Franchise Owner to key internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding journey
Engages the Franchise Owner in goal setting and follows up on agreed actions and time frames
Actively works to achieve the performance measures and targets for schools in an assigned territory by leveraging the Primrose Principles of Leadership
Give constructive feedback to promote accountability
Adjust style to meet the needs and level of expertise of the Franchise Owners
Share strengths and opportunities that could impact a Franchise Owner’s performance
Partner with Franchise Owners to establish what each party can expect from one another
Create a trusting, supportive environment where honest and frank conversations can occur
Check for understanding and recommends resources for areas where clarity is needed
Ability to travel 65% of the time including visits to our National Support Center in Atlanta, GA
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business or related field preferred
5+ years’ experience in multi-unit management, franchising or early childcare
Firm understanding of State and National Accreditation and State Childcare Licensing rules and regulations preferred
Ability to tackle projects and make decisions with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to navigate conflict and difficult conversations and influence without authority
Ability to manage time and multiple competing priorities while maintaining service excellence
Proven organization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
