Calling all Recruiter/Talent Acquistion Specialists in the San Fernando Valley Area! Are you a Recruiter with at least two to three years of experience in either a non-profit or an educational environment wanting to step up your game? The Help Group has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Recruiter. We are searching for someone with Talent Systems, specifically ADP knowledge and someone who has an interest in building a strong network with clinicians and teachers to fill arising positions in the next year. YOUR DAY WILL INCLUDE:

• The full-cycle recruiting process

• Providing a strong candidate experience

• Designing a proactive candidate sourcing strategy

•Orientation & On-boarding

• Implementing a new hire follow up program

• Building job descriptions

• Partnering with Manager with recruiting research and providing best practices for non-profits.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD INCLUDE:

3 years of recruiting experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable making decisions independently Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
