    Job description

    The Administrative Specialist provides high level service to internal and external customers, and supports key office functions including account set up, cash & deposits, customer inventory and billing management, and friendly problem solving and customer support. The right candidate can track and execute tasks efficiently, provide focused assistance to the President and COO offices and act as a trained back-up for key Administrative including but not limited:

    • Payroll
    • Accounting and expense reports
    • Answering Phones and Customer Service
    • CRM customer information management and marketing tasks
    • Data Entry: Sales to cost Spreadsheets, Payroll Report for insurance, Commission Worksheets and others as assigned
    • Deposits
    • New Account Set Up
    • File Management and Audits

    Must display excellent communication skills including presentation. persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and coworkers and the ability to communicates effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.

    We Require:

    • 2 years relevant experience
    • Office 365 proficiency
    • 10-Key proficiency
    • A passion for friendly service
