    Fast-growing real estate management company looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. We manage over 900 doors within the Charlotte, Gastonia, Kannapolis, and Mooresville area. As a growing and up coming company, we are looking for a motivated, self-sufficient, and organized team member that is looking to grow within the company. Job Summary Responsible for providing front office support in a real estate management company. Assist Portfolio managers in day to day operations with the management of their portfolios. Greet residents and owners, replying to emails, answering phones, and directing incoming requests to the correct person. We need someone who can multi-task different requests while staying on point with the day to day progress. We take pride in our established company and strive to provide excellent service consistently. Our objective is to build lasting relationships with our clients, vendors and tenants. Primary responsibilities • Provide administrative assistance to property managers and office • Responsible for managing and following up on voicemails, emails, texts, as well as answering the phone • Assess the urgency of situations and determine appropriate actions • Provide follow up and keep management informed by communicating a wide variety of information • Provide support for main office to run efficiently on day to day tasks • Provide clear and concise communication between tenants, owners, and management team • Ensure that all necessary information is shared between all parties involved Requirements • Proficient in excel, word, and outlook • Strong comfort level answering phones • Bilingual (English and Spanish) IS REQUIRED. • Reliable transportation • Excellent Grammar • Professional attitude and appearance. • Able to prioritize, adapt and multitask • Must be extremely organized and a problem solver • Knowledge of an accounting environment a plus • Knowledge of any construction, or property management related field is a plus • Experience with Social media is a plus Salary ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 an hour to start depending on experience. Opportunity to grow quickly based on determination, hard work and work ethic. Experience in real estate management is preferred, but not a requirement. Our office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. We're open the first two Saturdays of the month from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
