Currently we are seeking a CNC Programmer to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team. This person will not just be able to navigate computer programs but also be passionate about turning raw materials into essential urban machinery. We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!

Your Role in Our Mission:

Create and organize nest sheets for operators according to due dates.

Increase efficiency by modifying existing sheets.

Set up programming to cut and bend sheet metal according to blueprints.

Utilize innovative thinking to troubleshoot and improve quality standards.

Work collaboratively with the entire production team to identify and meet production needs.

Read work orders and production schedules to determine the specifications to be used in production.

To Perform this Job Successfully:

Demonstrate knowledge of production processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Knowledge of CNC programming software preferred.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills including effective listening skills with teammates.

Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documents, including blueprints.

Have an understanding of mathematics including fractions, decimals, and angles.

Ability to use Microsoft Office programs and other web-based systems as assigned.

Maintain a positive sense of teamwork, including the ability to maintain regular attendance.
