JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for all aspects of the strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Impellam’s North America MSP business. This will include building and maintaining the necessary models and implementing processes driving consistency and efficiency, along with ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial and operational deliverables. This position will be responsible for partnering with executive leadership in both the Corporate office and Field organization to help drive profitable growth. Although this position will primarily support the Managed Services business, it will also assist with requests from US Corporate and Group. This position will report directly to the North America Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and play a pivotal role in implementing strategies and initiatives to further the growth of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Budgeting – Responsible for complete budget process; understand and model the inputs, outputs and interrelations of the P&L, balance sheet and statement of cash flow
- Forecasting – Responsible for complete forecasting process; partnering with operations to accurately model the business and explain results to senior management
- Perform detailed financial statement analyses, including variance analysis of actuals vs. plan/forecast
- Identify trends and analyze key metrics and present findings to senior management
- Assist during the month-end process to ensure income statement accuracy. This includes understanding all P&L charges and investigating trend deviations
- Prepare month-end management reporting and P&L distribution and communicate results to senior management
- Model corporate allocations, recharges and direct charges
- Partner with MSP sales/operations to analyze the business and create and execute growth strategies
- Model pricing for new business to ensure client profitability aligns with the company’s expectations
- Provide in-depth analysis of risk and opportunities, sales performance, pricing strategies and profit margins
- Maintain updated rosters to ensure accurate salary budgeting and forecasting
- Assist field employees with financial related issues and questions regarding RFP’s and other client requirements
- Model internal bonuses and commissions to ensure accurate accruing
- Model new lease RFPs
- Monitor outstanding debt and assist with debt analysis to ensure timely collections
- Process improvement projects
- Ad-hoc analyses and projects for US MSP and US Corporate

Required Experience
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of budgeting and analysis experience in corporate or private equity setting
- Previous experience supporting Executive Leadership in a Finance capacity
- 3-5 years of previous Finance management experience
