    The Role:

    As an expert in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), the Senior Manager of Information Systems will plan, coordinate, manage, and design all operational activities of the ERP platforms supporting our two North American businesses (Chromalox & Durex Industries).

    They will work in close collaboration with our IT Directors and Senior Management to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions. Additionally, they will oversee IS-supported evolution to enable our future global business system platform, “Summit,” comprised of D365 CRM, D365 ERP, & Oracle CPQ.

    The Senior Manager of Information Systems will demonstrate global leadership and authority in resource allocation, project management, software development life cycle management, system integration, testing, interface facilitation, and analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Guide a team focused on ERP service & solution delivery.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other IT professionals and vendors, to align solutions and service delivery with business goals.

    • Provide strategic guidance in supporting and maintaining Chromalox & Durex Industries ERP platforms (JD Edwards & Great Plains).

    • Identify gaps between the current and future state of business processes and prioritize opportunities for improvement while remaining compliant with policy and regulations.

    • Foster a celebrated customer experience, delivering a right-sized support model through an internal team supplemented with outsourced partners.

    • Train and develop team members on new processes/functionality and delegate the training of new system users.

    • Ensure IS processes (change control, access, etc.) adhere to corporate G3 controls.

    • Own end-to-end application lifecycle of the core system within Chromalox & Durex Industries, ensuring necessary upgrades are planned and executed.

    • Own and maintain disaster recovery plans for Chromalox and Durex Industries' core systems, including orchestrating annual DR tests with the supporting Infrastructure & Operations team.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • At least five years + of experience with ERP System management; experience with JD Edwards is required.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

    • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

    • Strong interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to listen and engage with all stakeholders (internal and external to a project).

    • Excellent oral/written communication, which brings clarity and precision at all levels within the organization.

  • Qualifications

     

    • Assist Customer Accounting Specialists in matters of collections once the Specialist can’t collect or the agent wants to direct collect. Contacts accounts via phone and mail and sends accounts to collections agencies if needed.
    • Sort daily output for Customer Accounting Specialists.
    • Prepare forms for mail room after Customer Accounting Specialist review.
    • Monitor the premium accounting inbox and respond to requests as needed or file for Customer Accounting Specialist response.
    • Answer direct bill phone line.
    • Assist with commission payments.
    • Assist Customer Accounting Specialists with Accounts Payable batches, copying, scanning, mail runs, treasury runs, and other miscellaneous tasks.
