Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for providing a wide range of professional, analytical, and administrative functions to support the operation of the Maintenance Training Division. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Provide database administration for Maintenance Training database. • Prepare multiple daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports using MS Excel, Access, and Tableau and by extracting data from various NYCT/MTA Bus databases (i.e. ELM, Spear, UTS, License Monitor, etc.). Perform data analysis. • Run queries from various system databases using MS Access or PL/SQL to support department needs. Create tables and views using SQL server management Studio. • Prepare, edit, and maintain memorandums, bulletins, maintenance training material and information, and course descriptions for distribution to the instructors and trainees, and posting on the Bus Information Center intranet site and Tableau. • Collect and maintain library of training curriculum and documents. • Collect and monitor trainee attendance records. Schedule and provide administrative support for new employee orientation and training. • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for ACMO and other managers. • Perform other related tasks as required by management.
