A fast-growing organization specializing in Medicaid eligibility and enrollment is seeking a passionate and driven Homecare Regional Sales Representative to join its outreach team. This company partners with home care agencies and health plans to streamline the Medicaid approval process—minimizing pending periods and improving care outcomes. This is a field-based position responsible for building relationships, driving referrals, and expanding regional presence. You'll be the face of the outreach team, engaging directly with home care agencies, health plans, social workers, and community leaders. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, highly organized, and capable of operating independently while delivering consistent results in lead generation, partnership development, and brand representation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with home care agencies, managed care plans, social workers, and referral sources to promote Medicaid eligibility services and drive new business.
Identify strategic opportunities to grow the organization's footprint across New York and Pennsylvania, focusing on underserved areas and untapped markets.
Collaborate with internal business development and intake teams to qualify prospects, support the onboarding process, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Attend community events, healthcare conferences, and industry meetups as a brand ambassador—representing the organization's mission, educating stakeholders, and cultivating referral pipelines.
Provide field intelligence and feedback to the marketing team to shape future outreach materials, campaigns, and messaging strategies.
Follow up with potential partners to ensure satisfaction, support relationship retention, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
Log all outreach activity and engagement details in the CRM system with accuracy, and provide ongoing updates and insights to leadership.
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare outreach, sales, or marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in Medicaid services, home care, or health plans.
Familiarity with Medicaid processes, local regulatory environments, and the operational structure of home care agencies is highly desirable.
Ability to manage a regional travel schedule throughout New York and occasionally into Pennsylvania.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting systems; able to track leads and manage follow-ups efficiently.
Proven self-starter who can work independently while maintaining high accountability and meeting established goals.

Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
Performance-based bonuses: Potential to earn total compensation between $80,000 – $120,000 annually
