What You’ll Do: Start your journey as a Financial Professional, building essential skills in: • Business development & marketing • Client relationship management • Financial product sales & strategy After your first successful year, you’ll transition into a 6-month intensive management training program , preparing you to: • Lead and coach a team of financial professionals • Master recruitment strategies • Drive performance and growth What We’re Looking For: We want motivated, purpose-driven individuals who answer yes to at least one of the following: • Do you have sales or managerial experience in another industry? • Do you hold an MBA or equivalent advanced degree? You must be goal-oriented , professional, and eager to grow into a leadership role.
