Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies for outreach. • Utilize retail sales techniques to promote various insurance products effectively. • Handle telemarketing efforts to generate leads and follow up with potential customers. • Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the application process. Qualifications: • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required. • Strong background in retail sales or outside sales is advantageous. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. • Familiarity with benefits administration and related processes is a plus. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively. • A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations. Compensation: $123,000 - $250,000 yearly at plan
