How will we compensate you? • You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. • 1st Year Activity Stipend of up to $26,000. • Across our more than 12,000 diverse agent population, the average income in 2022 was $124,000. • Individual agent performance dictates this income. • Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension. Responsibilities: • Service your book of business to maintain the client's financial plan. • Network in the community to educate people on our products and services. • Learn sound prospecting methods. • Expand your network through proven name-gathering strategies. • Attend training and development courses. • Maintain valid North Carolina Life and Health Licenses. • Obtain more licenses to grow your business (SIE, S6 or S7, & S63). • Work with businesses, families, and individuals.
