In this capacity, individuals will lead by recruiting and training their team of financial advisors, while engaging in the Associate Partner Training Program. This rigorous 6-month program is crafted to foster achievement and advancement. Upon program entry, you can anticipate earning a base salary of up to $150,000 annually. Responsibilities: • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of financial professionals in the Fast Track to Management Program in Charlotte, NC, US • Conduct both individual and group training sessions to enhance the skills of financial advisors • Offer guidance and support to agents as they advance in their professional journey • Identify and attract talented candidates to participate in the management program in Charlotte, NC, US • Cultivate a unique and inclusive culture within your unit to promote success and teamwork • Employ a mix of external and internal resources effectively to achieve business objectives • Work towards higher management levels, such as Senior Partner, Executive Partner, and ultimately Managing Partner of the entire General Office in Charlotte, NC, US • Engage in continuous professional growth and development through the Field Development System and Field Leadership Institute Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, including proven abilities in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals • At least 3 years of experience in the life and health insurance sector, with a track record of completing a minimum of 26 paid cases • Possession of a valid Life and Health License is mandatory • Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE), Series 6 or 7, & Series 63 within 12 months of joining is required • Previous experience in management or business management is preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
