New York Life - Associate Partner, Accelerated Path to Management What we’re looking for... We’re looking for leadership-oriented individuals to join our Fast Track Management Program. In this program, you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your path to management and advance within 12 months. Our financial professionals help clients develop a long-term financial strategy to achieve their financial goals using an array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds. In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner and out of personal production. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. Why New York Life? Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and develop financial professionals in your team. • Conduct one-on-one and group trainings. • Guide agents through their professional journey. • Source talented candidates for the team. • Create a unique culture in your unit. • Utilize external and internal resources to further the business objectives. • Work towards higher levels of management including Senior Partner, Executive Partner, and eventually Managing Partner of an entire General Office. • Participate in the Field Development System and Field Leadership Institute for continued professional development. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting, presenting, and executing successful sales. • At least 3 years of experience in life and health insurance with completion of at least 26 paid cases. • Must have a valid Life and Health License. • Successful Passing of the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE), Series 6 or 7, & Series 63. Certification must be acquired within 12 months. • Demonstrated prior management or business management experience. • Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly upon entry into the program
