Responsibilities: • Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration • Provide all candidates with very clear information regarding their application, whether they’ve received an offer or not • Schedule interviews and additional skills testing as needed • Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates • Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent • The Fast-Track program allows a candidate to speed up the process to become a Partner in the firm. Depending on previous management experience, the opportunity to become a recruiting Partner can take anywhere from 6 months to 18 months Qualifications: • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must • Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates • 3-5 years of applicable recruiting experience in the insurance industry • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
