Responsibilities: • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • We sponsor our professionals in obtaining their Life Accident & Health Insurance Licenses as well as the SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and/or Series 7 Licenses. We pay for the sitting fee as well as the state licenses. We also provide the study materials at no cost • No Door To Door! -- Our training will establish the 17 ways in which we target market to our communities • Spend time in the fact-finding analysis with existing clients as well as new prospects; while assessing their goals and objectives in order to determine suitable investment and insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual needs and desires • Implement client-specific strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing consumer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients • Review with existing clients on an ongoing basis as their needs and priorities continue to change Qualifications: • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office • History of Success • Go-Giver Mentality (Other-Centered) • Four-Year College Degree Preferred • High School Diploma Required • Community Service Minded • Entrepreneurial Mindset • Relationship-Oriented • Great Communication Skills • Coach-ability • Must live in the state of Colorado Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
