    We're looking for an ambitious individual who is motivated by financial rewards to join us in the financial services industry! Our ideal candidate will have an avid interest in finance, estate planning, business solutions, investments, minimizing taxes, and much more. If you have excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for success, we invite you to apply! Compensation consists of a Training Allowance along with Commissions and Expense Allowance. We also offer W-2 wages, Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits (Subsidized), and much more. Additionally, a 401(k) Plan and a Defined Benefit Pension Plan are included. Responsibilities: • No Door-To-Door or Cold Calling! Our World-Class Training will establish the 17 ways in which we target the market to our local communities. • We sponsor our professionals in obtaining their Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses as well as their SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and/or Series 7 Licenses. We pay for you to sit for the exam and for state licenses. We also provide the study materials at no cost so there is no financial exposure on your part. • Spend time in the discovery analysis with existing clients and new prospects while assessing their goals and objectives in order to create tailored wealth accumulation and risk management strategies that align with clients' risk profiles. • Implement client-specific strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing consumer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients. • Review with existing clients on an ongoing basis as their needs and priorities continue to change over time. Qualifications: • Must be a resident of Colorado, Wyoming, or Nebraska. • Demonstrated track record of success. • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. • Focused on building relationships. • Established presence within the local community. • Active in working to better the community. • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000
