Responsibilities: • Directing the hiring and training of financial sales professionals • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key performance metrics • Providing constructive and motivational coaching to drive productivity and achieve individual and collective sales goals • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing a team of financial sales professionals Qualifications: • Prior sales and/or sales management experience • History of achieving and exceeding sales goals • Insurance/financial industry experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 at plan per year
