Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, and business entities to recognize their financial goals and devise individualized plans to meet them • Provide comprehensive financial planning services including retirement planning, investment advice, estate planning, risk management, and insurance solutions • Analyze customers' financial status, risk tolerance, and investment objectives to create customized financial strategies and recommendations • Generate tailored financial plans to suit customers' objectives using available investment and insurance products from New York Life • Continuously review and revise customers' financial plans as needed. Be informed of market developments and changes in regulations to offer up-to-date advice • Actively search for new clientele through social events, referrals, and prospecting activities to extend the customer base • Observe ethical standards, industry regulations, and compliance rules in all patron interactions and financial dealings • Stay educated on industry trends, financial products, and best practices by engaging in ongoing educational and professional growth initiatives provided by New York Life Qualifications: • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding goals • A Bachelor's degree or completion of a related two-year college program is preferred but not mandatory • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility • Flexible with scheduling, including having the willingness to work weekends and evenings if necessary Compensation: $72,000 - $110,000 yearly
