    We’re looking for leadership-oriented individuals to join our Fast Track To Management Program. In this program, you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your path to management and advance to an associate partner within 12 months. In the Fast Track Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience with providing financial guidance and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. Our team is fully invested in you. We provide complete training, education, and support—everything you need to build your own practice & eventually your own team of licensed financial professionals. Applicants must be located in the greater Houston area. All other applicants will not be considered. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals. • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to drive performance and productivity. • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and enhance customer experience. • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators and progress towards objectives. Qualifications: • Executive or management experience. • Previously run a business. • MBA or equivalent degree. Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 yearly
