Responsibilities: • Inspire, guide, and lead a team of insurance agents to achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics • Utilize your recruiting skills to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier insurance professionals who will contribute to the team's success. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies, identifying opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue • Offer regular coaching sessions, monitor team members' progress, and provide constructive feedback to enhance their capabilities and achieve growth • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs effectively • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track team performance, and generate regular reports for management • Ensure that all sales activities and practices adhere to industry regulations and company policies • Constantly seek out new approaches and techniques to improve sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and achieve ambitious growth goals Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue and achieving sales targets • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences • Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage client interactions, documentation, and administrative tasks • A basic understanding of insurance products and coverage, or a willingness to learn and quickly grasp the essentials • Proactive problem-solving skills to address client issues and provide effective solutions • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy management and client interactions • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, agents, and departments to ensure seamless service delivery • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products and services to meet client needs • 2+ years of managing experience, an MBA, or higher education in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory • Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all client interactions and representations • Eagerness to participate in training and development programs to enhance your insurance and sales expertise Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
