Responsibilities: • Source suitable candidates to fill the Bilingual Assistant Manager role in Houston • Document and analyze weekly records to monitor job applicants • Organize interview sessions with potential job seekers • Remain in contact with candidates and keep the Senior Partner informed about recruitment progress • Establish good relationships with recruiters and control recruiting resources • Participate and schedule career events and recruitment activities • Identify resumes from databases and make prospecting calls to reach potential candidates • Support with onboarding stages such as licensing, drawing up contracts, and creating instructional agendas for job seekers • Oversee social media networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. • Attend regular staff meetings Qualifications: • Demonstrated proficiency in achieving and surpassing pre-defined objectives • Outstanding verbal and written communication proficiency, with the ability to create and maintain relationships • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational attainment (advantageous but not mandatory) • Fully conversant in both English and Vietnamese/Chinese (preferred), with excellent communication competencies • Skilled in working with differing personalities • Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a pleasant attitude • Excellent organizational abilities combined with precise attention to detail • Proficient in various computer applications and software • Hardworking attitude driven by a commitment to excellence • Exceptional capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple jobs • Positive attitude and capability to embrace transformation • Impeccable telephone etiquette and amazing customer service abilities • Willingness to accept and apply feedback and coaching Compensation: $31,000 - $42,000 yearly
