Job Description
New York Life is hiring local, energetic, self-motivated leaders for their Fast Track to Management career track with Phase 1, 2 and 3. It's a rewarding career with vast opportunities.
PHASE 1
If you are not yet licensed to sell life and long-term care insurance, that will be your first step in the process. Once you are licensed, and meet eligibility requirements you will become contracted and can then begin to sell New York Life insurance products. You will learn firsthand from the local office management team what the agent career entails so that you can become a mentor to the people you will lead in the future. Next, you will begin studying to attain the FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 registrations.
PHASE 2
Once you have successfully completed 12 months of sales experience in the agent career, attained the required FINRA registrations, and met the eligibility requirements, you will become eligible to transition into management.
PHASE 3
In this role, you’ll continue to be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of agents. Your continued success and achievement in this role will allow you to work toward promotions to increasingly senior levels of management.
