Serving as trusted allies, we guide our clients through various life phases, aiding them in reaching their aspirations and objectives. The Fast Track program entails acquiring essential insurance and investment licenses, engaging in our thorough paid training program, familiarizing yourself with New York Life's financial products, and establishing a client base as an agent and registered representative. Typically, management/partner training and transition begin within a year. Our compensation and benefits are top-notch in the industry, offering abundant prospects for advancement within the organization. Individuals with backgrounds in banking, business, financial services, insurance, leadership, and management are invited to apply. Holding current ND or MN insurance and/or investment licenses is advantageous. A relevant degree (e.g., MBA) is mandatory. Responsibilities: • Recruit and select new and experienced financial professionals for the Company • Train and develop both existing and future financial professionals on the company’s sales processes and product portfolio • Monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention, and overall success Qualifications: • Ability to recruit and develop a team of sales professionals • Ability to leverage third-party recruiting, personal warm markets, and cold sources, including social media, job board resources, recruiting events and networking events, and referrals • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ yearly
