Responsibilities: • Recruit aspiring and established financial professionals • Train and develop aspiring and established financial professionals in New York Life's products and sales processes • Monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention, and success Qualifications: • Relevant degree(s) required (e.g., MBA or similar) • Current ND or MN insurance licenses and/or investment licenses are a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ yearly
