    Financial Professional: New York Life Irvine is currently seeking Financial Professionals to become part of our team. We are interviewing leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become Financial Advisors in our General Office. Responsibilities: • Help clients reach their Financial Goals. • Educate clients with money management, retirement planning, college funding, and aid in creating their insurance portfolios • Identify new sales opportunities, markets, and lead-generation programs to keep us growing • Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business. • Educate businesses to understand setting up protection for their employer's benefits, • Lead our sales team by setting a plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful • Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals. • Growth in the cultural markets. • Learn all aspects of financial guidance. Qualifications: • Exemplary communication skills • Preferred but not required: At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department • Preferred but not required: proven track record of sales success • Preferred but not required: Financial background Banking, Real Estate, or Retail Sales. • Preferred but not required: Life and Health License for California. If you don't have it New York Life will pay all the fees and training • Must live in California, Orange County, LA County, or Riverside County or be willing to move to the State • Must be a resident of the US, New York Life follows FINRA Rules on our hiring process • New York Life will cover all your license and training costs Including Designations with the American College. • Strong work ethic. Compensation: $85,000 + at plan
