This role necessitates creating new leads, developing relationships with customers, and finalizing transactions. It also involves providing extraordinary customer service to existing clients. Responsibilities: • Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients to reach sales goals. • Guide customers through the process of selecting life insurance products that meet their unique needs and objectives. • Train new team members on the insurance and financial services industry. • Implement initiatives to grow the Fast Start Life Insurance Sales team. • Leverage knowledge to create a personalized long-term strategy tailored to meet customers’ financial goals. • Utilize the Partner Training Program to enhance business acumen and expertise. • Create incentives and support to motivate the team in overcoming obstacles. Qualifications: • Hold a college degree (MBA an advantage) and relevant experience in the insurance or financial services field. • Demonstrate an ambition and strong enthusiasm to advance in a career in finance. • Possess effective communication and interaction skills to work effectively and lead a team. • Show a go-getter attitude and confidently make informed business decisions. • Enjoy building relationships with customers and guiding them to make wise financial choices. • Display a persistent and determined attitude to reach objectives. Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 at plan annually
