Responsibilities: • Educating potential clients on the products and services we offer • Customizing Strategies to fit the Clients specific needs and goals • Continued education through NYLIC-U and Independent Study • Offering educational meetings or seminars • Prospecting for new Clients in various venues • Networking and Joining groups in community • Creating long-lasting relationships with clients • Educating contacts about what you do to ask for referrals in their market • Using social media and other marketing tools to Prospect • Building long term relationships with clients and keeping Relationship strong • Using CRM database to organize your business and do Relationship Marketing program • Sending our marketing campaigns through use of database Qualifications: • Motivated and hardworking • The ability to form long-lasting relationships • Grit - the Resiliency to keep on Forging ahead, despite facing some Challenges • Great Familiarity with Social Media and Social Listening • Consistent Prospecting and Networking Activity in Natural Market and social groups • Great Communication Skills - both verbal and written • Works well independently and within a Team • Sales Management experience a plus, but not required • Humble enough to learn new things is a plus - along with being very Coachable • Positive attitude and demeanor • Client-centric Behavior • Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to build a rapport with new Clients • Integrity and the Motivation to Help People • Independence to complete courses via Computer Based Training • Disciplined to attend Weekly meetings and classes • Bi-Lingual and Cultural Experience is a definite plus Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 at Plan per year
