Responsibilities: Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our insurance firm Communicate all offers of employment and denials to job candidates in a timely and professional manner Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration • This position can be a Hybrid - either in-person or remote Qualifications: At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred Ability to write and edit clear, engaging job descriptions Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process Compensation: $15 - $20 per hour
