    We’re looking for enterprising, leadership-oriented individuals to join our Accelerated Management Program. In this program, you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your path to management and advance within 12 months to a full Partner with a Fortune 100 company. You will learn about the Advisor role, then transition into the Management role, with a 6-month Training Program. At the completion of this program, you will emerge as a full Partner with New York Life. In the Accelerated Management Program, you’ll start as a Financial Professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of Financial Professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a Manager of your own Unit, within the office. Our dedicated teams at the General Office and the corporate office support our managers and help them impact their agents/advisors, their clients, and the people in their communities.Our extensive resources include: WHY NEW YORK LIFE? • Our NYLIC University training program, designed to provide career-long support and growth including a tuition reimbursement program for certain advanced, professional designation courses Three highly-skilled teams providing advanced markets support: • Our Advanced Planning Group • Eagle Strategies, a Registered Investment Advisor, for qualifying agents who are also Registered Representatives: • A team of highly-trained, experienced product consultants to support your agents’ client acquisition needs • Excellent Development and Training - Blended as Group, Independent and Individual Qualifications: • The candidate will need to Pass the Securities Registrations: FINRA SIE, S6, and S63 as part of the Training Program • Completing a Benchmark Number of Policies/Investment/Life cases • Strong Supervisory and People Management skills • Obtaining the CA State Life and Health License - required • Ability to develop and collaborate with Centers of Influence and Referral Sources • MBA or Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not required • Hiring, Developing, and Retaining a team of Sales Advisors • Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken • Driven Personality with obtainable goals • Enterprising spirit • Strong Leadership skills are a must • Bi-Lingual Language fluency and familiarity with local cultures - a definite plus • Ability to work with Agents of various backgrounds and Skill Levels Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 at Plan per year
