Exp 5/20/22 Responsibilities: • Sales experience preferred – with an enterprising mindset • an individual goal-setter with motivation and drive • Creative and outside the box thinking, in a variety of situations • Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to explain complex concepts • Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life” and to plan for their futures • Professional presentation abilities, in order to "teach" clients about innovative ways to protect assets • Perseverance in the face of a challenge, and the resiliency to bounce back • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts - building trust Qualifications: • CA Life and Health Insurance License • Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter • Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals • Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients, through referrals from their natural market • Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise • Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over time PLEASE NOTE: We, unfortunately, can only accept applicants who are either the US. Citizens or reside within the United States. We currently don't sponsor US H-1B visas. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at Plan per year
