    Phase 1: Gain Real-World Experience as a Financial Professional Your journey begins by stepping into the role of a financial professional, where you'll gain firsthand insight into the work we do and the lives we impact. Phase 2: Transition into Leadership as an Associate Partner If you meet specific performance milestones in your first year, you’ll have the opportunity to advance into our six-month Associate Partner training program —a specialized leadership track designed to prepare you to recruit, lead, and develop your own team of financial professionals. As an Associate Partner, you’ll gain: • Targeted leadership training and support • Guidance on team-building and people development • Opportunities to rise through senior management levels over time Your career path at New York Life is built for progression—from individual impact to leading and scaling a team. How We Will Compensate You: At the beginning of your career, income is commission-based , providing you with upside earning potential tied to your effort and results. For full details on compensation and benefits for financial professionals, please visit: newyorklife.com/careers/financial-professionals/income-and-benefits If you meet the requirements and approvals to become an Associate Partner, you will receive a salary. • The salary range for an Associate Partner is $60,000–$150,000 (in California and Washington, the minimum salary is $66,560 and $67,725, respectively), plus you will be eligible for certain bonuses and other incentives based on the performance of agents in your unit, including additional compensation related to the agents you recruit and develop (“R&Ds”). R&Ds are additional compensation that is designed to increase your income and to reimburse you for any reasonable and necessary expenses we do not otherwise reimburse. You will also be eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, life, long-term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment coverages, a pension plan, and a 401(k) savings plan. New York Life will value and reward your hard work and success. You'll have significant income potential over time because our field managers' compensation is directly aligned with their recruiting performance and the production level of their team of financial professionals. The average income among our 568 recruiters at all levels in 2023 was $280,000. Our 18-month Management Fast Track Program is designed for driven individuals who want to transition into leadership and make a meaningful impact—fast. This program offers a clear, structured path toward managing your own team of financial professionals, backed by New York Life’s unmatched support and legacy of success. Training and resources As a Fast Track participant, you’ll gain deep insight into the values, capabilities, and client-first mission that make New York Life an industry leader. But the support doesn’t stop with training: • You’ll have direct access to subject-matter experts for ongoing guidance • A full suite of digital tools and platforms will help streamline your day-to-day—from client prospecting to sales tracking • You’ll leverage modern, customizable marketing resources across web, social, and email to grow and retain your client base effectively This program ensures you’re not just trained—you’re fully equipped to succeed. Product Solutions You’ll become well-versed in the full spectrum of New York Life’s insurance and financial solutions that help clients protect and grow their wealth, including: • Life InsuranceAnnuitiesLong-Term Care InsuranceDisability Income Insurance • Mutual Funds and Investment Products offered through NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC) To offer investment products, you’ll be required to obtain the appropriate securities licenses and FINRA registrations, and affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative.
