Responsibilities: • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Meeting and contacting new potential clients to discuss financial concerns and needs • Conducting information-gathering meetings with clients • Analyzing client needs and presenting potential solutions • Providing ongoing service to clients • Developing and implementing personal business and marketing plans • On-going development of professional skills and knowledge Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must Compensation: $84,000 at plan yearly + Benefits
