Responsibilities: • Introduce potential clients to the range of services and products offered by the company to spark their interest. • Engage with potential customers to assess their financial needs effectively. • Participate in the training and certification programs offered by New York Life to enhance professional skills. • Obtain the necessary industry-specific licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). • Consistently seek out new potential clients on a daily basis to expand the client base. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for excelling in this role. • The ideal candidate must be strongly motivated to achieve personal and professional development. • Establishing connections within the community and utilizing networks is a key component of this position. • Upholding ethical standards is a non-negotiable requirement for this role. • Previous proven success in the Sales industry is a fundamental prerequisite. • Holding a valid Life and Health insurance license is highly preferred. • Possessing experience with a Series 6/7 license would be advantageous. • Being bilingual would be an added benefit for this position. Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 at plan yearly
