We are currently seeking leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become Partners in our New Jersey General Office. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a customized strategy to enhance customer acquisition and increase visibility for financial products and services tailored to individual client needs • Utilize various financial solutions such as life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds to offer suitable monetary advice to clients • Upon meeting the program requirements within twelve months, candidates will qualify for enrollment in the Associate Partner Training Program • As an Associate Partner, take on the role of building, educating, supporting, and expanding a team of financial advisors • If promoted to Partner, duties will include training, supporting, and growing a network of sales professionals who will benefit from working for a Fortune 100 company, competitive perks, opportunities for professional growth, and a fully funded pension plan (subject to meeting eligibility criteria) Qualifications: • The candidate must have previous experience in management, sales, or recruiting • Holding a valid State License in Life and Health Insurance is preferred • Possessing SIE, a college degree, an MBA, Series 6/7/63/65, or 66 certifications would be advantageous • Essential qualities expected from the candidate include leadership skills, motivation, goal orientation, communication skills, integrity, and team spirit Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly
