Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a personalized strategy to boost customer acquisition and enhance visibility for financial products and services that cater to individual client requirements. • Utilize a range of financial solutions like life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds to provide appropriate financial guidance to clients. • Upon meeting program requirements within twelve months, candidates are eligible for enrollment in the Associate Partner Training Program. • As an Associate Partner, engage in building, educating, supporting, and expanding a team of financial advisors. • Responsibilities as a Partner include training, supporting, and expanding a network of sales professionals who will benefit from working for a Fortune 100 company, competitive perks, opportunities for professional growth, and a fully funded pension plan (subject to meeting eligibility criteria). Qualifications: • Previous experience in management, sales, or recruiting is required. • Holding a valid State License in Life and Health Insurance is highly preferred. • Possession of SIE, a college degree, an MBA, Series 6/7/63/65, or 66 certifications would be advantageous. • The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership skills, motivation, goal orientation, strong communication skills, integrity, and team spirit. Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly
