Responsibilities: Recruit, train, develop, and supervise life insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary Qualifications: Series 6, 63, 26 licenses required, 65 and 66 licenses preferred B.A. in business or finance Must be well-versed in the different types of insurance and insurance plans including term life, whole life, universal life, variable life, variable universal life, simplified issue life, guaranteed issue life, final expense, and group life, current life insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry Compensation: $100,000+
