Responsibilities: • Develop tailored financial plans based on individual clients' unique financial circumstances and needs. • Educate clients on a variety of financial products and services such as life insurance, mutual funds, and savings plans. • Engage potential clients through social media platforms and other marketing tools while providing relevant financial education. • Use a CRM system to collect and manage clients' financial information, including their financial situation, goals, cash flow, and expectations. • Stay informed on clients' specific financial objectives and market risk tolerance by participating in educational meetings and seminars. • Enjoy the benefits of a flexible schedule and a comprehensive two-year training program. Qualifications: • Must possess strong communication skills to explain complex financial concepts to clients. • Aptitude for networking and building relationships is essential. • Must possess a life and health insurance license or be able to obtain one. • Must be competitive in nature and work in a collaborative team environment. • Must have a desire to help and understand clients' financial needs and goals. Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
