Responsibilities: • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Determine new customers’ financial needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Our blended training and development program is designed to work with your schedule, and in this type of role, that can make all the difference Qualifications: The Qualities that we look for in Our Advisors here at New York Life: • Sales experience preferred – an enterprising mindset • Life, Health, Variable Annuity License 2-15 • Series 6 or 7 Preferred • Strong communication skills • Desire to help others • Strong business acumen • Perseverance in the face of a challenge • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts • In conjunction with in-office training, we’ve created a comprehensive and user-friendly learning experience within New York Life’s online portal system that is accessible anytime, anywhere, and from any device Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000 at plan yearly
