You'll also: • Develop and implement business and marketing plans • Prospect for potential clients • Discuss the financial concerns and needs of individuals • Present potential solutions using our suite of products and services • Develop your professional skills and knowledge Responsibilities: • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Qualifications: • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus Compensation: $90,000+ commission based
