Responsibilities: Work with each client to collect personal financial information including status, cash flow, and expectations for documentation in our CRM Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and serves we offer Participate in educational meetings or seminars relevant to client risk tolerant and financial objectives for research prior to offering sound financial advice Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products Qualifications: Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000
