Responsibilities: • Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients. • Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter. • Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals. • Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security. • Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients. • Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise. • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current. • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies. • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risks, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience. • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business. You will grow personally and professionally along with your clients.We encourage all of our agents to continue their financial education and strive to obtain their SIE, Series 6 or 7, and their 63, in order to be able to act as Trusted Business advisors for their clients. To assist clients in evaluating their needs and creating solutions that allow them to reach their goals. Compensation: $130,000+ at plan commission
