Responsibilities: • Evaluate clients' financial situations and develop customized strategies to help them meet their financial goals effectively. • Create personalized investment portfolios that align with clients' unique preferences and needs. • Expand the client base by promoting a range of financial products and services. • Foster a collaborative team environment and actively pursue opportunities for professional growth. • Design financial plans based on clients' life stages, professional qualifications, and long-term objectives. • Provide well-considered investment advice and educate clients on various available options. • Recommend suitable life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, business insurance, investments, and individual disability income insurance. • Progress to higher roles as you advance in your career. • Attain expertise in the financial industry by earning certifications from The American College. • Engage in diverse learning experiences, including in-person, virtual, and online training sessions. Qualifications: • Hold a FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is preferred for this role. • Possessing 2-15 Health & Life Insurance Licenses is required. • Understanding the responsibilities of a Financial Advisor or Consultant is essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related applications is a must. • Exceptional customer service skills are necessary, including effective communication, interpersonal abilities, and math proficiency. • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is a prerequisite. • Commitment to assisting individuals with their financial needs is key. • Adherence to ethical practices is paramount. • Demonstrating a success-oriented and positive attitude is crucial. • Showing enthusiasm for the work is highly valued. • Ability to handle pressure in a constructive manner is required. • Setting long-term goals is important. • Being open to guidance and feedback is necessary for growth. • Striving to achieve excellence in all tasks is expected. Compensation: $75,000 - $185,000 at Plan per year
