Responsibilities: • Develop relationships with clients to determine their financial goals and needs • Research potential markets for new leads • Supply clients with tailored solutions for their individual goals • Enhance your product and service knowledge with New York Life training courses • Acquire necessary licenses to provide securities and investments for wealth management and advanced planning • Facilitate comprehensive information regarding insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, and investments • Utilize questions, active listening, and presentation of solutions to establish professional-client connections • Identify new markets for growth • Present apt solutions to potential customers • Guide clients on the offerings of insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, investment securities, and more • Strengthen your expertise in New York Life training curriculums Qualifications: • Possess superior communication skills to effectively communicate complex topics • Showcase an aptitude for networking and collaborating with various stakeholders • Possess an affinity for growth and an experience with sales is beneficial • Grand passion for helping others • Exhibit a strong sense of self-motivation • Display a success-driven attitude • Have a cheerful, optimistic demeanor in all situations • Adaptable, being able to adjust to the ever-changing environment • Open to receiving constructive criticism • Have a drive to learn and develop skills • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the business • Will adhere to the highest ethical standards • Possess a valid 2-15 Health Life and Annuity license • Be eligible for a SIE, Series 6/7, and 63/65 license Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 at Plan per year
