Responsibilities: • Assess the financial status of clients and create personalized strategies to help them achieve their objectives. • Develop investment portfolios tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients. • Promote financial products and services to grow the client base. • Cultivate a collaborative team environment and actively engage in professional growth opportunities. • Develop financial plans based on clients' life stages, professional qualifications, and long-term goals. • Provide prudent investment recommendations and educate clients on available options. • Offer suggestions on life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, business insurance, investments, and individual disability income insurance. • Advance to higher positions as the career progresses. • Acquire expertise in the financial industry by earning designations from The American College. • Engage in various learning experiences, including in-person, virtual, and online training sessions. Qualifications: • Hold a FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license (preferred). • Possess 2-15 Health & Life Insurance Licenses. • Demonstrate comprehension of the duties of a Financial Advisor or Consultant. • Exhibit fluency in Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and other related applications. • Possess excellent customer service capabilities through effective communication, interpersonal, and math skills. • Showcase a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. • Display commitment to assisting people. • Demonstrate adherence to ethical practices. • Project a success-oriented and positive attitude. • Express enthusiasm for the work. • Demonstrate the capacity to handle pressure in a constructive manner. • Set goals for the long term. • Remain open to guidance and feedback. • Strive to accomplish your very best in all tasks. Compensation: $75,000 - $185,000 at Plan per year
