Responsibilities: • Converse with potential customers to address their financial needs and inquiries • Research target markets and create new leads • Educate clients on the offerings of insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, investment securities, and more • Enhance your knowledge with New York Life training courses • Obtain the necessary licenses to sell securities and investments for wealth management and more complex strategies • Present suitable solutions to potential customers • Employ questioning techniques, active listening, and the presentation of solutions to develop and maintain a relationship with clients • Engage potential clients to discuss their financial goals and needs • Research and identify new potential markets for growth • Deliver comprehensive information regarding insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, securities, and investments • Develop your expertise with New York Life training curriculums • Acquire the appropriate licenses to sell securities and investments for wealth management and advanced planning • Supply clients with the best solutions for their unique situations • Utilize your expertise in asking questions, active listening, and providing tailored solutions to foster and maintain successful client relationships Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills to communicate complex topics • Ability to network and collaborate with various stakeholders • A desire to grow and past sales experience is advantageous • Passionate about helping others • Self-motivated • Goal-oriented • Positive attitude and outlook • Resilience in difficult situations • Openness to constructive feedback • Keen to learn and expand knowledge • Must possess strong business acumen • Must act with utmost integrity • Possess a valid 2-15 Health Life and Annuity license • Ability to obtain SIE, Series 6/7 and 63/65 Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 at Plan per year
