Responsibilities: • Manage and develop a team of insurance professionals according to company metrics • Recruit and educate associates through the Associate Partner Training Program • Monitor workflow management and personnel to maximize efficiency • Foster associates' growth to enhance their productivity • Oversee the everyday operations of the insurance office, including managing resources, personnel, time, and workflows • Coordinate the successful completion of various projects to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Possess FINRA S6, S63, and/or S7 Registrations as a Registered Representative and hold a Life and Health license • Preferably prior Financial Services experience • A Master's Degree or a similar level of experience is required • Proven expertise in managing teams • Ability to communicate effectively verbally • Knowledge of diverse cultures (preferred) • Demonstrated commitment to meeting targets The ideal candidate for the Direct Appointed Insurance Manager role in Grand Rapids, MI, U.S. must show evidence of FINRA S6, S63, and/or S7 Registrations as a Registered Representative and be in possession of a Life and Health license. Experience in the Financial Services field would be an advantage, with a Master's Degree or equivalent experience needed. A successful track record in leading teams as well as an aptitude for verbal communication is essential. Knowledge of a variety of cultures is preferred, and a commitment to accomplishing goals is mandatory Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
