For methodology, please see http://fortune.com/fortune500/ Responsibilities: • Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and serves we offer • Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan • Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional • Planning and supporting clients in order to help clients achieve their professional assist clients in maintaining their current assets and portfolios and assist with obtaining additional assets as desired • Obtain additional securities license paid for by New York Life • In conjunction with in-office training, we’ve created a comprehensive and user-friendly learning experience within New York Life’s online portal system that is accessible anytime, anywhere, and from any device • Advanced opportunities available Qualifications: • Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must • Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required • Must possess uncompromising integrity and the ability to communicate complex ideas • High school graduate • Life and health license a plus • The candidate must be an accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills • Prior sales and experience preferred • Enterprising mindset • Strong desire to help others • It is also a plus if you have strong interpersonal management skills • Being a self-starter, and capable of working individually as well as in a team environment Compensation: $75,824+ at plan commission
